why can't i reach booking.com? no chat, no phone. I am alone with my problem

seriously. It says 24/7 support. It says on the phone I should receive pin number with email. I am having headaches. Thanks booking.com

I've called all the French and UK numbers on that list and they are all constantly engaged. I've been trying to resolve a problem for a week but can't talk to anyone. Even messages I leave on the extranet are disappearing, so I have no record of what I've sent

Hello, 

 

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble getting through to the the Partner support team, the lines are supported 24 hours a day, 7 days a week although you may experience longer wait times in periods of high demand.

 

As noted above, if you are an existing Partner you can contact the support team via the extranet by clicking into the Inbox tab, then choosing Booking.com Messages. From here you can compose a message or find the local support number  by choosing 'see all support options'. 

 

There are also public support numbers listed by country on this page

I am a guest as well and did not manage to find a way to either contact the hotel or customer support. I even had to make a partners account to try and contact someone somehow. the problem is that when trying to message the property or Booking.com customer support, I  always end up with the picture below, with no ability to write or contact anyone. It is xtremely frustrating, especially when the copany doesn't even offer an email for customer support when the message section fails.screenshot of chat
