why does booking not want to pay ?

Usually booking payed about 10 till 15 days after the end of the month.

But since March, no payments at all, did anyone else have the same worries?

We called already several times and sent many messages, but no real frank answer...

we are wondering about breaking our kontrakt with Booking, who is playing with our nerves...

Scenario 1:

Yes there was a payout blip around that time.

I.e. the BdC payout system   paid out in full without deducting the commission and gateway fee.

Check your Booking Messages inbox,  and your Finance menu will have an alert to inform you of pending over due invoice.

This invoice is telling you to pay X back to BdC.  

After a few days of doing that the system will then pay out the correct amount.

Scenario 2:

If there is no outstanding invoice alert on Extranet and nothing in BdC inbox, then I can only guess there is nothing to pay out.

You can determine this easily enough by reviewing the Finance menu where the reservations are shown as payable or no payouts  for this period.
