Wire transfer not completed before guest arrival

Hi there,

Just recently started working with booking.com as a partner.

My second booking came in a couple a days ago for a guest who will arrive on Dec/31st.

Reservation has been confirmed but the guest has not completed the wire transfer.

I have Booking.com managing all my payments.

Will this reservation be valid even if the wire transfer does not come through?

Should I just host the guest anyways?

You seem to be contradicting. "guest has not completed the wire transfer." versus "Booking.com managing all my payments."

Its cant be both only one or the other.

Do you mean the Guest does not need to pay when booking but do have to transfer a % or deposit in advance of check-in ? how many days between booking date and check in date? Bank transfers can take up to 10 working days ( 2 weeks)

 

If the guest turns up , and you are not using Booking VCC nor Payments By Booking, then Guest must pay you directly on arrival.

 

Are you sure the IBAN bank info you gave them is correct?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
