We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Q) Booking sent me an invoice for a month of occupation in an apartment of mine that never happened. I can not find anyone to answer my phone.


Are you able to contact the finance department via extranet message?
What is the circumstance of the booking; never received, cancelled, didn't arrive?
If never received, firstly use the booking number to search your emails including the junk box. If nothing there, inform BDC.
If cancelled, does a search on extranet show the booking as cancelled, if yes inform BDC. If no, mark the stay as not arrived. The same action if client did not arrive.

If the not arrived box is no longer available then you will need inform BDC.

Si nunca lo recibió, primero uso el número de reserva para buscar sus correos electrónicos, incluido el buzón de correo no deseado. Si no hay nada, informe a BDC.
Si es cancelada, una búsqueda en extranet muestra la reserva como cancelada, si es así, informe a BDC. Si no, marcar la estancia como no llegó. La misma acción si el cliente no llegó.
