We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

wrong price

Hi, One person rezerve from our villa. when i checked the price, it was diffrent then what i saved, much cheaper. I should cancel this reservation. How can i do it? If i can't cancel, i should turn my booking.com profile. because it's too cheap. Thank you.

You have posted this on the partner forum so we are unable to see your setup.  You should contact the booking.com help team using the Inbox icon on Extranet and ask them to explain how the booking price was made.  You may have Genius turned on or something similar.

  • Ok for first thing open the Calendar, and in List view. In another browser tab open Rate Plans.  
  • What I want you to do is review the rate plan(s) make sure the night /base rate is correct.  
  • Now look at the dates and future dates , on left expand the rooms and then expand any promotions enabled to see all pricing for that room or whole unit.  
  • As you have yet to link your property into your profile or post  it in here, kindly do so as it greatly helps us help you.  
  • As for the rate being too low unless you get the guest to agree you officially cant cancel it, however if you are clever about it, try to upsell services on site on or after arrival. to make up for it.  
  • Amend increase the rate plan and or rates shown in the list view calendar to fix the issue.   
  • Check Promotions and Opportunities menus to suspend or tweak Genius member discount etc. or opt out .
