Your advice needed - negative guest experience and refund related
After messaging a guest yesterday ,I was left waiting for 4 hours waiting for them to check in,
I went for dinner at 7 left the house open and lights on,
the gust called me at 2045 and I said it was open and I would be there in half an hour to which I received a tirade of abuse that it wasn;t good enough and I should be there etc
Iam not prepared to be spoken to and suggested a refund if he was not happy,
He then blamed me and sent a load of whats app messages where do I stand?
