Your Technical mistake!!!

Deal all, I wonder when are you going to solve this issue that is present since December 2018 about technical mistake with unpaid bills, when you are in charge about all payments and your commision. I am tired calling you about this issue all over again and nobody is solving it. Please help me as soon as possible.
