help, I am overbooked

Hi, is there anybody who can tell me what to do, I am overbooked. My calender in Airbnb and Booking.com where not synkronised fast enough and now I have 2 bookings for the same days. What to do?

Damage Deposit - HOW?

Card Security numbers

Can we join together and ask Booking.Com to please stop encouraging Hotels and guests not to give their card details minus the important security no it means we get not a bean should they not show up

Childs rates aren't included

Our policy states that children between 6 - 16 years old cost an additional 200DKK per night if they are using an additional bed. For some reason we've just had someone book in with a 12 year old

No response from Booking.com

Hi Has anybody any idea why Booking.com are not responding to any messages regarding missing payments????? I have been trying in vain to speak with someone for nearly three weeks now in Booking.com
