Hi people Beeing new here and still strugling. A guest had booked three nights, but decided to leave after two nights. HOw can I comunicate this with booking?? because the commission I paid for three

Virtual credit card payment invalid

Guest had virtual credit card, when we tried to take payment it was not authorised. Would you please be so kind as to advise us of the next step to receive payment? Thanks in advance Lesley Spence
