Help - Can't find the restrictions settings

Hi all, I'm trying to set up my listing properly for the first time.  It's for a holiday home so I can only allow changeovers on specific days of the week.  I can see that should be possible by having a 'no arrivals' option or an 'exact stay' option.  I can see where I'm supposed to find those restrictions settings (https://partner.booking.com/en-us/help/reservations/what-kind-reservati…) but I just can't find the options anywhere in my own listing.  I've checked 'rates and availability' and 'calendar'.  All my 'calendar' is offering me is min length of stay and min advance reservation.  I can't figure out how to have the right kind of calendar display (apparently not 30 days) to enable me to see the other restrictions.  Can anyone help?
