Sorry to hear that, but it shouldn't be difficult to remove your property. Just send Booking.com a message via the Extranet - Inbox - Booking.com messages.
In the mean time I suggest you close the calendar for the rest of time so that you don't receive any more bookings. Booking.com will keep you to them.
