Air condition problem that guest should know before making reservation

There is no option on pulse or admin.booking to write extra information about the apartment. In our case, we have a small issue with air condition but we want our guests to know about it before making a reservation.

Hi there!

Ah my favorite suggestion is coming your way:

Go to Property - View my descriptions. Scroll way down to the button until you find Fine Print. You can add it there.

Keep in mind though, that not all guests read that before they book. But at least you are then "covered" .. technically.

To be more precise, you may request booking.com to change the fine print on your behalf, it even says it will take 5-6 days the update is visible.

Just an idea - how about create a virtual 'Post It' Note ? - and add this as an image ?

Maybe even a real - hand written note, and stick it to a 'fridge' - then photograph it ?

I love it! Had a good laugh at the stock image you used to show us what you mean too, good way to start a Monday.

For interest sake, do you do it on your property? Does it read well? Because I still get requests from guests to send photos, but every corner of our property has been photographed and loaded onto the Booking.com website. So I don't know why they ask for photos...

Happy I made you laugh... - no, I have not tried it myself yet.

Maybe you shold try putting a note as the 'last photo' - That reads... " if you got this far - you win a prize " - it can simply be a bar of chocolate hidden in the freezer ?

Then you will know how many of your guests check out all the photos...

You're brilliant, haha we will certainly know if it works if the clients ask for the prize!

Maybe something more along the line of "If you book on 27 July 2018, you will receive a free breakfast package with your reservation. Booking essential!" with a cellphone nr?

It will also be a grand way to get feedback from the guest about what they see when they want to book our property.

I wish I stayed at my property but I will run this idea by the powers that be.

:-) lol... lore them in with chocolate .. hahaha
