We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Can someone explain me these attachments please?

To whom it may concern. From time to time i get something like this invoice-1535347582 and Remittance_advice-R203900038 (which i have attached here) and i don't understand what are they. Do i have to pay something back?

Also i'm even forgetting if the money entered in my bank or not. All it's a bit confusing compared to Airbnb. I receive emails, you think you're getting 207e and then in reality you get for example 169.74e, alright I know there is the 18% commission but why send that you earned more, makes more sens to be deducted instantly and shows the booking.com commission. And after I keep receiving emails like these attached of which you forget of which booking it was.

If you look under the Finance tab you can review all the information for both money being paid or collected. It lists all the relevant bookings that are being processed so you can check back.
