Cancellation

Hello everyone,

Booking.com notified me about a cancellation which, as I found out later on, wasnt made by the guest. How is that possible? Why booking.com cancelled my guest's reservation? So he had to rebook the apartment on the same period of time. I would like to know the reasons why this happened.

So did anything change? Perhaps guest made an unaware mistake.
