Communicating Witth Booking
We have 16 properties listed with Booking.
Booking is sending our all sorts of email requesting us to complete certain forms; recently the "Know your Partner" and earlier to complete "VAT Details". I both cases the task we are being asked to do is IMPOSSIBLE, either because we have alreay filed all the details required, or because the webpage in Booking does not work.
We have protested to individual helpline staff, but they can only deal with simple issues, and such platform wide issues are outside their control.
We have tried to find a way to write to Booking at Corporate level to see if such a waste of time can be avoided.
There is no way of communicating to Booking about general issues.
