Does booking.com care about smaller properties?

My fellow partners I have been reading a lot of complaints from many hosts about booking.com not caring enough for owners having smaller properties. I am also an owner of a small property and so far my experience with booking.com has been very efficient and most of the times they have been very helpful giving me solutions. Communication is a very sensitive issue and both parties have to try to be reasonable in order to understand each other.
What is your opinion my fellow partners?

I've worked with booking.com for a couple of years now. I haven't had any major problems with them other than it being hard to reach customer service by phone.

It has been over 5 days since sending my 1st message and I have just sent my 3rd message regarding the same issue. Thank goodness the reservation involved is not until June!!!
Find trying to figure out how to contact BDC by email a HUGE AND TIME CONSUMING CHALLENGE.

Also. ...... Continuing to wait for my 2018 Award/letter as promised!

Not a happy customer here at this time.
