Does booking.com care about smaller properties?
My fellow partners I have been reading a lot of complaints from many hosts about booking.com not caring enough for owners having smaller properties. I am also an owner of a small property and so far my experience with booking.com has been very efficient and most of the times they have been very helpful giving me solutions. Communication is a very sensitive issue and both parties have to try to be reasonable in order to understand each other.
What is your opinion my fellow partners?
