I received a booking for tonight last night on another platform and first thing this morning i went into and amended the calendar. However, i have just been told i have a last-minute booking for tonight from

Is there a time delay of some sort? I can't have two sets of guests turn up. Arrival is in two hours.

I need help.

I have written message to the guest explaining what happened (OI tried calling first but couldn't get answer).

No delay if you manually closed the availabilty. Perhaps you made a mistake.
Guests will be relocated and you'll have to pay for the commission and maybe some additional costs.
