Since five weeks and more trying...
Since weeks I'm trying to come online @Booking.com with our second home in France.
I had a call from Booking France (I think?). This woman told me that she would call me back but on Monday, at 14.30 no call.... and I waited, another, two hours near to the fixed phone.
There is told me that a code wold be sended to the address of the home. Since Monday we are here in France and no code in the letterbox. By the way, EDF, La Poste, AXA, BNP Paeibas and many others send us letters and all arrived well.
So what can I do to 'be' helped by Booking.com? I don't understand the way you behave?
