We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

guest phone number

Hi,

 

I can't find on the reservation the guest phone number? Why isn't it automaticlly added to the reservation?

Have you requested in your policies that guests must give their phone number before reservation is made?

It is often hidden under the Padlock symbol, just below guest name. You need to click on the padlock and it will confirm login as only some users are allowed to see this.

so, you are saying, even if my policy is saying a phone number of the guest is a must, I cannot see it,because I am not allowed? Who is allowed and who not? The whole system is not transparent...
