guests booking wrong

hi we had a guest stop with us and booked for two nights and one person then came and stopped but it was two and the dog we asked them to pay the extra and they said they would but on the next day they came for breakfast and when we went back to see then in the dinning room they was gone what can i do as find it hard to contact bookings.com to me they dont make it easy for us
