We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

How to connect with boking.com

How can anyone actually talk to someone at booking.com.   I have been looking for a 1/2 hour and have no way to actually speak to someone about a reservation toorrow, which I can't cancel because it's too late.  The only thing is that I ade the room saved with no beds/price and still someone managed to rent the room.

If you have an urgent question, you can call the dedicated phone number* found in your extranet Inboxtab. Follow the voice prompts to get in touch with the right department.

I also have had great difficulty in contacting anyone and this happens time and time again. I have tried the numbers in inbox tab and for the main lines. They state that mail box is full or the other not available at this time. Could somebody from booking.com please make contact as i need to amend and refund a reservation for a guest.

just throw a mail to the id mention in the extra net with in 48 hours they will send a mail in you extranet inbox with all refund details.
