We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

How to set a booking window?

Hello,

I would like to set a "booking window", that's mean set a deadline that how far in future guests can book. For example, the guests only can book within 6 months.

How would I go on about changing the setting so that guests can only book within 6 months into the future?

Yes this is possible.

Using Extranet, go into "Rates and Availability", Each room type is a separate selection. Under the room type you will find the rate title e.g. "Standard Rate" with an arrow next to it.

Click the arrow to get a drop down list of options which will include "Maximum Advance Reservation", you set your chosen time there for whatever period you like so you can have different settings for any period of time for the stay.

I am having the same issue.

I do not have "Maximum Advance Reservation" under the tab...

I only have "minimum advance reservation"
