I didn´t receive verification code yet

Hi i am Arsalan from pakistan,

I havent recieved a verification code for my property since its listing from mid march. On may 16th my listing was unbookable at booking.com. i requested for another code but unfortunately i didnt recieved that code as well. since then i have call them almost 10 times and they said we forwarding ur request. Its been almost a month since my property is closed and issue hasn't been sorted out yet. can anyone help me in this regard.

Hey Arsalan (beautiful name), 

Getting a property verified is a difficult thing. I suggest asking your Account Manager to do a Video call instead of waiting for the actual code in the post. You can find the details of your account manager on your extranet under Inbox. Scroll down, it will be on the right hand side of the screen. There will be a number you can dial.

Otherwise, you can click on "I did not receive my code" and "I am not at the property" which will then notify a consultant at Booking.com to get into contact with you.

Heya,

Normally those are 2 business days so keep that in mind. 

When they phone you, make sure to ask them who your account manager is and ask for their email address. As far as I've been informed, every single property falls under someone. So just because the name doesn't appear there, doesn't mean you don't have one. Any consultant who calls should be able to tell you.
