We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

I want to stop renting my house on booking. I just want to get out and I don’t know how to do it

Martaguil Close all your rooms in your calendar so your house will not be available for reservations. After that you have to send a message request through your Extranet inbox.

Yo sigo recibiendo facturas y la casa no esta disponible desde hace mucho meses. Yo no recibo gente de Booking porque la casa esta arrendada a una persona. He escrito muchas veces diciendo que quiero retirar la casa de Booking pero no he logrado que me respondan.  La casa no esta disponible y yo no he recibido gente de Booking . No debo la plata que me estan cobrando !!!"
