We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

I don't see my property after registration.

I registered my property on Booking.com yesterday. If I visit Booking.com, searching for it, as I were a host, I don't find it, neither with the name. Why? Maybe I have to wait for the localization code, which Booking will email me within 8 working days? Thank you for the help.

Your property must be verified. Please, check the main page of your Extranet. Do you see the message "Closed/not opened for bookings"?

Booking will never email you the code. They will send it by postal mail and there is no guarantee it will actually arrive.

And who told you about "within 8 working days"? :)
