I have provided incorrect address to receive the verification code

I have provided an incorrect address to receive the verification code. I just found this out recently since I've been waiting for the verification code to arrive and of course it never arrived. How can I correct this address so I can ask to re-send the verification code, please.

You probably have to restart the whole application process or just search and call the local BDC support line.

Does the address you gave exist? Is it possible to visit to see if they have your letter? If they do, I'm thinking use the code therein and then get the address corrected ASAP afterwards, it will get you verified on line and it may short cut the process?

It's only a thought and I have no experience thereof.

These suggestions imply that the booking.com system is not working. Thus we have to make all sorts of changes to help them.

There is nothing wrong with the telephone # submitted for the call back. We use the same number for other platforms. In the event it is recorded in the booking.com system why is it our responsibility to put it right?

Seriously? On the assumption that what the OP has written is exactly the full situation:-

OP admitted to supplying the wrong address to BDC. Thuild gave the OP the most likely course for a cure. I suggested a possible workaround so that the OP could remain listed and open on BDC.

Then it's BDCs fault? OP is not yet a fully registered partner. OP didn't mention if they had contacted BDC to advise them of them of their error, why would they ring if they are unaware.

BDC are certainly far from perfect but give them something to work with.
