I want to cancel booking

Hi all.I booked apartment in Qax.After i want to cancel booking but that is not showing in my booking list.Please help me.

Do you have a pulse app from BDC on your cellphone. Does it not show there?

Otherwise, contact the host immediately. You should have been given an email address at the time of booking.

If not , see if the host has other platforms where he/ she is listed and that could have a request area. Try that.
