I want to remove a property, because it was dou le registered on booking.com under two different names.

Could you please remove one of my accounts on booking.com created by mistake. I somehow registered the same property under two different names. I want you to remove the account with the the following ID: 4071246, 17 Pavstots Buzand Street. Actually what I was contacted by one of you agents, they told me that they have removed one of the accounts. But as I see it hasn't been removed and I still continue having trouble with this double account on one property. Could you please help me asap on this matter

Go to the booking.com portal and select PROPERTY then PROPERTY LAYOUT and you have the option to delete the room configuration.
