We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Minimal and maximal days of booking

Hi, I would like to ask how to set up minimal and maximal number of days for guests. I did it, but instead of minimal 2 days, it shows maximal 2 days to guests. There is no maximal number of days in the settings. Thank you,

I have checked your question and I also can't find the settings for maximum stays.

So we should all storm the help-desk in the Extranet to request a setting like that.

I do think the setting can help the hosts to prevent bookings by our not so favourite guests ;)

Hope it's going to be implemented soon Lily, Lea, Liana or Lena.

We weren’t able to set a minimum stay, despite the directions. We tried many times. Now we have got a 1 night booking, which is going to cost us because of cleaning etc. instead of bringing a profit.

Dear Joyce, did you remember to save changes???

Its better to use a laptop rather than your iPhone.

If you cannot do it call your local BDC office to help you.   They will fix it on the spot.

Thank you. When working on websites I usually don’t use an IPhone.

it really has been an error on the Booking.com website, because of which I couldn’t properly finish and check my input, for which they don’t accept any responsability so far.

Joyce, please also remember that in your new Calendar you have to make changes by clicking on bulk in the list view to change your Restrictions.

The correct way on computer not pulse is open calendar,  set list view, tick box for restrictions  or expand each rate plan on left to show the restriction row for each.

 

These extended fields cover basics like minimum nights.

 

However there are more hidden so you need to message support to have the extra hidden fields like max nights , no arrival,  no departure etc enabled.
