i am new for promotion my 3 separate bedroom apartment and have the follow questions:

1° Am i allowed to rent each room separately?

2° I want to have minimum stays of 3 days to start,how do i have to proceed to mention that on the site?

Welcome to the forum Pierre.. of course you can rent rooms separate. In your Rates and Availability go to your Calendar . Under your rates to the left tab and there you can set min stay days.
