We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

I have just joined Booking.com with an apartment.

I got my first booking that day!

Then another which cancelled in 1 hour.

I received a verification code by mail but its wrong and does not work.

Now I can search my site and although days are free Booking.com is advising customers that those dates are unavailable.

Welcome to the Forum and to Booking.com!

Oh boy, it sounds like you have many questions. The site can be a lot to take in when you first start. For this specific post I suggest phoning a friend at Booking.com to walk you through everything.

You can find the contact details on your extranet under Inbox->Booking.com messages.

One thing I can say, is that you won't be able to receive a booking (and a cancellation of that same booking) if your property isn't verified yet.
