Non refundable bookings
Does Bookings.com charge the partner/host for marking up their availability calendar "non-refundable booking"?
What do you mean by charge???
Do they charge extra commission for marking up your property as non-refundable or reduce the daily rate you receive for the booking as they call it a "non-refundable RATE"?
No they dont charge extra commission... You have to create your "non-refundable RATE"
