What means the below sentences?

Do you want to waive the no-show fee for this reservation? We'll let the guests know accordingly.*

Should I press Yes or No (No is already checked). At this point I am confused

I am owner and the guest has not shown. He has already  phoned to me (just 3 days before arrival) and said that maybe not come(personal affairs). My booking policy is strict and he has already paid through visa/mastercard.

Hi 

its entirely up to you and your policy , The guest  or BdC on behalf of the guest can contact you and ask to waive but you are not obligated to do so.

 

Your cancellation policy dictates this too.
