Not comfortable with some customers who already booked.

 

What should I do when a customer booked but after exchanging emails I feel not comfortable at all with that customer? I'm the owner of an apartment. Thanks.

You might want to browse through search to see if a fellow partner has already mentioned this issues.

Hi there :)

Did you resolve your issue with the customer?

I had a guy write me a really nasty message and he will not accept the cancellation so not to sure where to go from here.

I accepted them, but I think apartments owners should have same freedom to cancel a booking as guests have. We can base those cancellations on some demanding and quite ridiculous messages we recieve.

I know its really crazy, Im now spending the day trying to find this idiot accommodation so that he doesn't stay with me.
