One night's accommodation

We only accept reservations for 2 or more nights. A reservation was accepted for 1 night. Also the guest wanted to check in after midnight. Has this happened to anyone else?

Just received a booking for 1 night when we clearly state that we only accept bookings for a minimum of 2 nights! What should I do?

Contact the guest to inform them. Unless you want the one night. The guest can deal with booking.com if they have any issues with it. Claire

"We only accept reservations for 2 or more nights. A reservation was accepted for 1 night."

Its contradictory. If you set minimum amount of the nights (in your case 2 or more), the system will not allow the booking for 1 night.

So, how did you allow to accept 1 night? " A reservation was accepted for 1 night."=how exactly it happened?

It seems to be happening to a few people. I don't know how it happens when the settings are set at minimum 2 nights

There was something technically wrong. May be you didn't press Enter when changing your settings?

Anyway, since your question was asked 2 months ago...what happened to this guest?

Also, did you adjust your Minimum stay for future guests?

I’m so over this! I have had so many bookings for one night when clearly we only do 2 night minimum. I have emailed Booking.com and had little response. I frequently go back and reset to 2 night minimum but each time it has reset back to 1 night (disabled) what ever this means!

i have also re entered minimum nights to 2 in another area.

I find this difficult to navigate and feel so bad for the guests I have to turn away.

I have had this happen as well. Settings should be monitored a lot better than they are. Guests tend to get annoyed when you don't accept 1 night . Also I think we should be able to rate guests...they rate us

That doesn't happen with Chanel manager and navigation is much simplier.
Still if you've set minimum stay 2 nights it should stay that way, I find it interesting that it automaticly reverts back to min 1 night. You didn't get a straight answer from the support?

Booking.com repeatedly reverses my settings to one night when I constantly re-set my settings as 2 night minimum stay ...It is not worth my while having one night stays-I am going to quit this agent unless something changes

I have this happen often. On our calandar it clearly says minimum stay 3 nights under all dates, but recently a booking came in for 1 night then another for 2 nights. No idea how this happens or what can be done....

I eventually got on to the help desk and finally some really helpful guy fixed it for me. He did say to use a PC not iPad like I was. Haven’t had a problem since 😊

I've had this issue twice in the last month. I have clearly specified 2 nights minimum and guests have managed to book for 1 night. I believe there is a fault with the Bookings.com program

How do I contact someone from Bookings.com?

I don't require 2 nights and I've only had one problem in 2 years. And, that was when more than 2 people were staying in the room and they came in late from a wedding. I didn't realize there were 4 people in the room until morning. They didn't damage anything, there were just load for a short time. Luckily, there was a single guy downstairs, so I didn't get a bad review from it.
