Over booked, first time using Booking.com need to cancel a reservation ASAP
Dear Partners,
I have a huge problem. I have one unit to much posted and cannot get it changed. In the meantime i am now overbooked and the guest arrives tomorrow. I need to cancel the reservation, the guest did it as a last minute booking but i do it have a room available.

You can use the Cancel button but this can take time as it will only email the customer. Best to try and phone them and most guests have a mobile number. If you can't get hold of them ring booking.com and try and get them to contact customer.
Given the situation it would be useful if you could do a search in the area and find them an alternative accommodation that you can suggest to them.
