We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Photos won't download

I just repainted and redecorated my condo.  I put the pictures on AirBNB, now I am attempting to put them on Booking.com.  I deleted the old pictures but, when I attempted to download the new photos every single new downloaded picture said that it had already been downloaded and for me to delete the duplicate or original!!  I don't get it since all of these are new photos.

Logout of BDC, clear your cache, re-enter BDC, check if old or new pics are there. Delete old ones if any are there. Do same again.

UPLOAD new pics as necessary.

Alternative thought, are you trying to DOWNLOAD pics from AirBnB to your PC, if yes then the error is correct.

Okay, I'll give it a shot. I had the pictures on Google Photos. I transferred them to my PC folder on my ASUS.
