Providing Emergency number
New to Booking.com so apologies if this post is 'repeat' .
I offer both keysafe option and if I'm around an open door with keys the room door , however, I would like to offer guests an emergency number, should I not be around and something goes wrong (power cut etc) now would I include this in the initial guest email I provide with check-in details or elsewhere ?
My other concern is guests using it as a 'tourist advice ' line and as I pay someone to come out could I if not an emergency call charge the guest ?
