Resdervation number

I just received a reservation from a person who did not present. instead of the name stands "NAM" and with the phone number that is not in function.

No one responds to the greeting message.

I was scared because, yesterday, I had a problem with the quest and I had to contact the booking. I think the same person again booked with false information. What do I do?

This is a bit of a tough one. I suppose it's bad news but Booking.com demands that we honor all bookings. Even if you have a feeling that this is going to end badly, Booking.com will tell you to honor the booking and only cancel it and report guest misconduct IF anything happens. So we still sit with the bad experience at the end of the day.

If you say you had a problem with the guest and you think the same person has booked... did you report that guest for misconduct the first time? That way you can tell booking.com that due to their past behaviour, you don't feel comfortable having them?
