I joined Booking one month ago and I registered my apartment. They said me they will send me a code to verify the position of the house. They told me the code would arrive in 8 days 15 days ago. I ask for another code but they didn't answer me. What can I do?

you should have received an email with the code.

Check your spam folder maybe?

Otherwise - since it has taken so long, try again via login to Extranet and go to Inbox / fill in your question or try to contact again.

Every country has their own contact number. Did you try to phone in your own country?
