Automatic Replies (to guest special requests)

Hi everyone.

and it seems thoroughly clear. 

However, the message feed does not show this template. The guest request (outside advertised hours) is auto-replied with "Subject to availability" however the templated message is not seen.

(The message in view is by co-incidence also a template, but triggered by the "guest makes a booking" event. Not the requested "Late check-in type" which is set up in the Messaging preferences).
