Customer cancelling booking

Hi. I have a customer who has requested to cancel there booking for Friday 30th September. 
 

This is now within 48 hours, so there are not able to receive a refund. How should I proceed/cancel the booking?

You need to contact our Customer Service for cancellation

You can find phone number for local support here: Inbox - Booking.com Messages - See contact options - Account - Other - See more contact options. And there will be an icon with phone under which you will find the contact number.
