Hi Diana,


Adding additional Room types is as simply as clicking on + on the room details submenu under property menu.


Should you not see the +, like I had a while back, you can simply contact the BdC support team by phone and explain you cant see it and have them create the initial room.


Then you refresh the page and can then see it and amend it as needed.

Can You please ad this our new Room to other our listing ad.??? There we have renting two separate private rooms in the same our house. I m not very good understand how to work with computers. Now we ready for rent 3 rooms - we had many nice guests in our house. We have many nice reviews from them. We are very happy to work with You Dear Booking team.

This is not booking support team forum.


It is partner forum.  We are partners like you.


If you still do not understand, please use Contact Us , in the footer of this page to contact Booking Support Team by phone or message. But phone is better.


No one will ring or email you about this , you must make contact first.


Or you can find it under : Inbox > Booking Messages, Click on Contact Us to reveal phone number.

We have discovered that we have two listings for our property Reayrt Ny Marrey, Isle of Man and the false one needs deleting as it is listed as being in Gbirikoro Ivory Coast.

I can't log onto this page and the bookings are conflicting with my official site.

Please can you help me??

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
