Fake guest accounts

I have received a fake booking and my neighbors are also receiving same bookings often from same account with a same name that cancels last min or doesn’t respond at all. How to report such a thing and make it faster and more efficient than calling a customer service every time.

I found that by making my bookings all 'no cancellation' I have no fake bookings but clearly you also scare good tenants away too! but i only have 1 apartment and it was too much hassle with fake bookings and no shows!

Thank you! I feel that for my demographics “no cancellation “ would be too much and would seriously affect my business.

I don’t know why don’t they have same system like Airbnb where I have to accept/approve every reservation. Or at least “suspicious account” /“report the account” button… so frustrating.

Yes fair point and hugely effect us and we get only bookings within a couple of months and practically nothing offpeak. Yes we also very much like the Airbnb approach, which does penalise you by limiting your appearance in searches, but works well in the long run.
