Guest review score

The comments below were all from ONE booking, one night when there was a problem with the water and the guest did not let me know until he wrote a review. The guest review score says 31% of guests had a problem - that is not true, it was only ONE guest.

no breakfast was provided

30am guests leave and you get awaken with the cars/trucks noise

very noisy: walls are paper-thin and at 6-6

Although we where advised that the tank is only 100L and so we showered 2 at night and 2 in the morning, we got no hot water

Hot water lasted 20 seconds

no curtains, thus the light enters early morning so you cannot sleep more due to light entering the room

I feel that , if one guest has a negative comment, it should not be made many guests - some people are unhappy within themselves
