Guest reviews

Has anyone else noticed their review score getting lower and lower since booking.com changed the way guests review.

The final score used to be determined by the 6 different review points then the average would be the final score.

Now guests can change the final review score at the end.  So if the average score was going to be 7.5 out of 10 they can change it to a 1 out of 10.  We used to be 8.5 out of 10, now we’re 7.8. We have renovated our rooms, so if anything our score should be going up. It just takes a couple of spiteful reviews of 4 and under and it wrecks your overall score.
