Guests Arrive with baby in a 'No children allowed' Apartment
Is there anything I can do?
My chic inner city apartment is my main residence which I rent when travelling. It accommodates maximum two guests and is strictly Adults only. 2 guests arrived with a baby who will now be sleeping in our bed and changing nappies on our sofa etc.etc. I was shocked when they arrived and explained it was not our policy to accept children of any age. They seemed quite unconcerned and had not read the listing, nor had they replied to any messages I had sent them. My partner said we could not turn them away with a baby on the streets! I am now beside myself fretting and booking.com only reply to my messages in regards to damage claims.
