Help, its my first time hosting on booking.

Hello 

 

It's my first time hosting on booking and I have some Questions. 

  1. I have a non-refundable policy and I would like to know when to ask the client for the invoice. My client arrives in a week. 
  2. What happens when a client wants to arrive with more people?
  3. I have additional costs but they are not on the invoice. What do you do in these cases?
