Delayed payout in Brazil too! Nobody is getting paid!! Are you still getting paid Didem? Because I spoke to 2 people from staff on the phone who told me they were not getting paid by booking as well!!! What is going on???
Hi Didem, I cannot tag you ... I'm having trouble to get an answer to my question. I do not understand why.
I'm renting a little house for 2 guests for "romantic stays" trying to bring good quality and good services. One more time I can see 7 guests enjoying the sauna and the jacuzzi that is in my property. A romantic stay for two transformed in a "public wellness".
What's the best way to adjust the price once the guest has left and to get the money. Knowing that they were aware of it. I'm completely upset of these people.
I'm very sorry for your experience with these guests. Have you checked if you can report this as a guest misconduct in the extranet under 'reservations'?
