Need Assistance Escalating My Case
I have been facing significant challenges in getting my case escalated, and unfortunately, I have not received any response. The customer service associates I've interacted with have not been actively working on my case, and I have not obtained any satisfactory resolution.
Could someone please provide me with the email ID or contact information for escalating my concerns? This matter is of utmost importance to me. A guest has violated four policies at my property, and Booking.com is not taking appropriate action. Additionally, they have not removed the review that seems to be a result of attempted blackmail by the guest. The associates I have communicated with are not providing the necessary assistance.
